We had a lovely experience dealing with this company. Throughout the process they were professional and obliging, guiding me as liaison along the way. Sometimes, it’s a company’s response when things go wrong that is more important than the initial good service, which we tend to expect. In this sense, I couldn’t rate them more highly. Some of the product unfortunately arrived in suboptimal condition and they replaced the damaged goods immediately with little or no inconvenience to me.
